IntelliScanner has announced a new version, this time the IntelliScanner Comic Edition 200 which aims to put into place comic books and other media using a smart barcode scanner and software package. And if you think that is neat, wait until you see the packaging they have chosen. All of these will be bundled inside a retro metal lunchbox package which should get the kids to nag their parents into getting them one. The whole lot retails for $129.00.

With this new barcode scanner, kids and comic collectors can look forward to better organization of their comics and other stuff that are left in a frenzy. It will be available starting November 10, 2009.
