ISCO Releases Motorized Sled at CEDIA 2008



ISCO has recently announced its newest ISCOSCOPE II motorized sled. The sled controls the faction of the lens into and out of the light way in a projector. It is specially intended for the professional needs and comes in a stylish looks.

With fully automated lens transport system, the ISCO motorized sled supports high-quality functions, stainless steel elements and mechanical improvements. The sled features quick-change slide on/off capability, which allows users to alter the images in a quick span of time.

“Over the last couple of years AV Installers and manufacturers have expressed the desire to eliminate fixed mounts, bulky attached boxes, cumbersome control cables and control boxes with a turnkey anamorphic solution which includes a motorized sled that can easily switch projection from 16.9 to Cinemascope format automatically,” said Brian Ludvigsen, president, ISCO USA Inc.

The ISCO motorized sled has an infra-red remote control, RS232, a good synchronous drive belt system, fluid movements and a lot more sophisticated features. It measures 20 x 4 x 1 inches in its dimensions and therefore, it can easily be adapted to any anamorphic lens without any hassle. The ISCO motorized Sled is available at a suggested price of $4, 100.
