JVC Everio HD 300 Camcorder Review–A Great Camcorder
I’ve come to discover, the more Everio models from JVC that I try out, that the whole line is full of terrific camcorders. Sure, they’re pretty heavy hitters when it comes to the wallet, but hey! You get what you pay for, don’t you? And the JVC Everio HD 300 is another in a long line of excellent JVC camcorders.
The JVC Everio HD300 boasts a sixty gig onboard hard drive, capability to take still images at three megapixels, one touch upload to iTunes, YouTube and DVD, 20x optical zoom, face detection technology, laser touch operation, 2.7 inch LCD display, and included image editing software.
The control layout is solid and easy to use, and the lens is easily capable of picking up small print–although not perfectly–from about a hundred feet out. This is pretty good, but the price tag is hefty on this one. The JVC Everio HD 300 camcorder retails for a whopping six hundred dollars. But still, if you don’t mind the price tag–or you find a good deal–you could definitely do a lot worse than this.
