JVC Everio MG 670 Camcorder Review–Slightly Better Than The 630
It probably won’t come as a surprise to anyone else, but, when it comes to two sets of products, from the same manufacturer, all else being equal, the higher the number the better the quality. Thus, it’s not too surprising when I tell you that today’s review target, the JVC Everio MG 670, is almost identical to but just a little bit better than yesterday’s review target, the JVC Everio MG 630.
The JVC Everio MG 670 camcorder features an eighty gig hard disk drive, a 40x dynamic zoom ( 800x digital zoom), easy one touch exporting to iPod and iPhone by working with iTunes, easy one touch uploading to YouTube, and just as easy one touch DVD creation, which has been with most Everio camcorders for some time now.
So you can see that the hard drive is slightly larger, although the zoom gets roughly the same range, and all the one touch functions that I described with the 630 are in full form. If you’re looking for a new camcorder, you may want to consider the JVC Everio MG 670, and consider it used because it represents a savings of almost half off retail if you shop on Amazon.
