JVC GZMG360 Camcorder Review–Highly Accessible Camcorder

If you took a look at yesterday’s camcorder offering, the JVC GZMG630, and thought it was entirely too much camera for the money for your tastes, then you may be cheered by the prospect of today’s review target, the JVC GZMG360.

You can actually pick this one up on Amazon for about three hundred thirty bucks (it lists, however, for about five hundred bucks), so it’s a bit of a step down price-wise from yesterday’s.  But it’s not lacking in capability for the cut in price, either.  It comes with seventy hours of on-board recording time as opposed to the 630′s seventy five, and also includes a 35x optical zoom and a Konica Minolta lens.  Plus, it comes with a data battery so you can see, in percentage, remaining record time available and battery life.  This is an awesome development for everyone who’s wondered how much time they have left in the middle of important events.

It’s actually a step up in terms of range–it handles small print nicely and the zoom is pretty smooth, plus the camera itself is laid out very well, making it great in terms of ease of use.  This is a really high quality piece, and if you can find a deal or handle the price tag, then this is the camera for you.
