Nippon Victor (Inc.), will exhibit its new TK-S686 Security Camera at the "SECURITY SHOW 2008" from March 4th in Tokyo, JAPAN. The camera integrates the power of a 36x optical zoom lens to capture every moment with precise detail. The reliable dome shaped camera works round the clock to ensure safety of your valuables.

The TK-S686 features special direct drive (DD) drive system for fast transfers as high as 500°/ second. For accuracy and smoothness at operation low-speed 0.04°/ second is also supported. The camera offers high picture quality of the horizontal resolution 540TV book.

JVC has announced a pair of HD camcorders that could rival its own top-end GZ-HD7 while being comparatively smaller in size. The new JVC Everio GZ-HD6 and GZ-HD5 hard-disk camcorders feature Fujinon HD lens with progressive scan 3CCD imaging and JVC's HD Gigabrid engine that deliver full high-definition recording at 1920x1080 resolution with up to 60 frames per second. The duo are 45% smaller than the GZ-HD7 and offer simple and intuitive operation, just point and shoot for great quality videos. Both models also offer a wide range of manual controls and microphone input. Movies can be recorded up to 10 hours on the GZ-HD6, thanks to its 120GB internal hard-drive and the GZ-HD5 can go up to five hours (60GB). And if that doesn't suffice you, there is microSD card support to further expand its recording capabilities. A full set of Windows applications complement these fantastic camcorders for authoring your home-made videos on to DVDs and Blu-ray discs. People with Macs are not forgotten as plug-in software is included for importing videos into various Macintosh applications. JVC Victor has recently unveiled its new Close Circuit dome camera "TK-S686” features direct drive system, high accuracy & low the vibration & high durability. This CC camera employs the optical 36 time zoom lens and it corresponds to the zoom up of maximum of 1152 times. The camera has got an easy and efficient installation system and maintenance is also very easy and simple. The camera has also incorporated an individual one-touch lock mechanic which can be installed and removed in state of electrification. The TK-S686 is ideal for different kind of public facilities and street regulation of the school, the hospital, the museum and the fine arts museum etc. and in addition in amusement facility works. Victor JVC has recently introduced a smart all new Camcorder the Everio GZ-HD3 which comes in black and clear silver colors. The Everio GZ-HD3 recorder has the capability to capture videos with 1440×1080 resolution and also gives out high quality images. The camcorder features a Konica Minolta lens which is Blu-ray and is highly recognized and used for the hi-vision video recording and features. Everio also features a 200x optical zoom this comes with a 60GB hard drive and also backs SD and SDHC memory cards. Designed with great care the compact camera measures 82×75x15mm and weights just the right with 660g. I know everybody wants to know about the pricing now, but sorry guys although it would hit the markets in August but company has not revealed the pricing till now. Last but not the least in the JVC Everio line up is the 30GB MG155 which only has a 1.07 megapixel CCD to its credit. However one does come across a whopping 32x optical zoom which shall keep everyone happy! The JVC Everio MG155 is the cheapest when compared to the rest of the models and shall retail for $742 in February.

The MG155 can record for 7 hours continuously in Ultra Fine Mode and for 37 hours in Economy Mode and there is also support for SD Cards and PC-less writing to DVDs when connected over USB. Connectivity options include; USB mini, AV input/output, DV output, External microphone input and DC input.

With the Sonys and the Canons hogging the limelight at CES, how could JVC stay behind? The company unveiled their sexy HD Everio GZ-HD7 Hard Drive Camcorder which is also the " World's First Full HD 1920x1080i Consumer Camcorder" and provides full HD 1920x1080i video quality. So bid adieu to removable tapes or discs as one can directly record on the camcorders hard drive.

The JVC GZ-HD7 HD Everio includes a whopping 60GB built-in hard drive and looks like they were in a generous mood as they have added three CCDs, one each for red, green and blue and a Fujinon lens. The camcorder is also capable of five hours of full HD 1920x1080i recording at a high 30Mbps(MAX) Mbps and features a long seven hour SP mode with a resolution of 1440x1080i, and a 1440CBR mode with a resolution of 1440x1080i and a five-hour capacity.

One also comes across now standard features on the GZ-HD7, including, optical image stabilization, manual controls, multiple digital connections, bundled editing and archiving software etc. The user can also archive their footage on Blu-ray discs and then enjoying them back on their home theater systems. The camcorder has been equipped with a Fujinon 10x optical zoom lens and has a f=3.3mm~33mm zoom range and the lens has been coated with a new Electronic Beam Coating (EBC) which helps reducing degradation caused by light reflecting off the lens surfaces.

The JVC HD Everio GZ-HD7 also features a Zebra function, which displays a striped pattern across highlight areas on the image in the LCD monitor which helps in setting the exposure. Other Manual features include; annual focus ring, manual white balance, exposure control, shutter priority mode, aperture priority mode and sharpness control. The camcorder comes bundled with a whole bunch of applications like; PowerDirector for HD video editing, PowerProducer for authoring high definition Blu-ray discs and DVD- Video discs, and PowerCinema for HD file management and playback. The JVC HD Everio GZ-HD7 will be available in April for f $1,799.95.
