Kodak Has New OLED Material

Kodak isn’t new to the whole OLED technology. In fact the company seems to be ready to use a new OLED material which will give us better quality colors and a longer color.

The material, EK-BH109, uses the EK-GD403 key factor with the “green dopant” technology. Wow that was a complicated phrase right there. What’s important is that the new OLED material allows luminous efficiencies greater than 31 cd/A and lifetimes that exceed 65,000 hours. Like always with new technologies, we don’t have an idea of when this new thing will enter production. We’ll keep you posted!
