Kodak Pulse Digital Photo Frame Review–Small And Pricey
Today we have another interesting Kodak digital photo frame to consider–it’s the Kodak Pulse, and despite its small size, it should prove really impressive.
The Kodak Pulse is a seven inch digital photo frame that offers five hundred and twelve megs of onboard memory, Wi-Fi capability, the ability to receive photos by email, Facebook and Kodak Gallery, a USB port and two memory card slots, an automatic alert system that lets you know when the frame receives new photos, the proprietary Kodak Color Science system and touch screen controls.
You’ll have the normal limitations here with a small frame, especially in terms of picture quality, but the pictures do still look more than presentable and the frame itself is a bit on the spartan side (that border’s a bit thicker than I like and doesn’t have the aesthetic charm of other thick ones, no filigrees or metal sheen) but still looks decent in most any setting. Admittedly, that’s all an aesthetic call but it’s mine to make–you’ll have to make your own on that score.
Amazon wants a hundred and twelve bucks for this camera, which might be a bit more than you’re looking to spend, especially on a seven inch frame, but you can rest assured that if you do go this route, you’ll get a good frame. Maybe not the best frame, especially for the money, but a good frame nonetheless.
