Kodak Wins Preliminary Ruling in Patent Case with Samsung
Kodak has gotten the upper hand in the preliminary proceedings in the patent infringement case against Samsung regarding digital camera patents. It seems that the ITC has found that two Kodak’s patents have been infringed in the production of Samsung’s camera phones. There is nothing definite just yet but considering the many camera phones that Samsung has under its arm, expect this issue to be far from over and costly. LG Electronics was supposed to be included in the case but settled the manner off court.
