Konica Minolta, an extremely innovative and well accepted printing solution provider has recently added one more feather in its cap with the introduction of its new magicolor 8650DN print system.

Working on the lines of electro photography, semiconductor laser beam printing methodology this printer gives an amazing output speed of 35 pages per minute with first print time of approximately 8.5 seconds. The printer is a little heavier in size and measures about 643×708×637mm (width × depth × height) and weights approximately 79kg. The printer has a maximum paper feed capacity of 3,650 making it ideal for big establishments wherein printers are required on a minute-to-minute basis.

Konica magicolor 8650DN print system produces very less noise while in operation and its noise level doesn’t go above 67dB. Konica has not yet revealed any information on the price range and date of arrival of magicolor 8650DN print system in the market. So entrepreneurs who want to owe this machine need to wait for some more days.

Konica has recently announced its Magicolor 2590MF printer which can be used as a standalone Fax and can print, scan and copy using Electrographic Laser. The compact unit with 2400 X 600 dpi print resolution delivers first color page in 22 seconds and black and white page in 22 seconds. One touch control panel enables the user to adjust lightness or density, resolution and quality mode. Automatic document feeder or flatbed can make copies upto 8.5” X 14”.

With the built-in Fast Ethernet and Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interfaces and a monthly duty cycle of 35000 pages, it can handle high traffic workload. Magicolor 2590MF Printer, compatible with Windows Vista/Server 2003/XP/2000, can create scans in 24-bit color and directly send in email. Using the Optical Character feature, it can convert scanned documents to editable text. One can send, receive, edit the fax on computer using Fax Talk Communicator. Apart from this the PC can be used as a speakerphone and answering machine.

One can plug the Pict Bridge compatible digital camera into the USB 1.1 Host Port of 2590MF and can print pictures in seconds in sizes up to 8.5inch x 11inch including 4inch x 6inch borderless prints.
