Kyocera Offers Fast Printing Solutions

Kyocera will display its digital printing devices at the Electronics Comprehensive Exhibition CEATEC Japan 2008 which can be found at the Chiba Makuhari Messe from September 30th to October 4th.

Kyocera has thermal printheads, inkjetprintheads and amorphous silicon photoreceptor drum which all contribute to its digital printing needs. And Kyocera says these printers are the fastest in the world.
And Kyocera has been improving them for more than 25 years so I’d say they do know their digital printing.

The thermal printheads will print 108 meters per minute, the amorphous silicon photoreceptor drums will print 69 pages per minute while the inkjet printers will print about 150 meters per minute. Now imagine how many pictures you can print out in a couple of hours! Is that fast or what?
