Leica Camera AG has introduced its new D-LUX 4 compact digital camera. It is powered by wonderful optics and a wide-range of settings. It also comes with an array of accessories for furthermore widening its photographic latent.

The D-LUX digital camera sports a LEICA DC VARIO-SUMMICRON 5.1-12.8mm f/2.0-2.8 ASPH lens including a focal length choice of 24 to 60mm in 35mm set-up. It features a huge CCD image sensor. The latest and high-end digital camera can capture photos in three formats including 4:3/3:2/16:9, which suit the scrupulous recording or playback condition.

The LEICA D-LUX 4 Compact Camera will be available at authorized Leica dealers from 2008.
