Hence it covers 200 to 500mm focal length range making it extremely versatile.

The Sigma APO 200-500mm F2.8 EX DG lens is made up of 4 SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass element which take care of all the aberrations. One cool feature is the lens LCD panel where shooting distance and focal length can be viewed. Users can also insert a filter towards the rear of the lens, and a circular polarizing filter can be used with its rotation mechanism.
