I am a sucker for Special Edition Products, no matter how lame some of them are! Though I am not a comic book fan (not from a long shot), I can’t help but digging the new Limited Edition of Ricoh GR Digital. This limited edition features illustrations by Hellboy comic designer, Katsuya Terada who has worked on projects like Blood: The Last Vampire and American comic Iron Man. Only 1,000 units of the anniversary model will be distributed worldwide, at a local RRP of $1,299AUD.

The Ricoh GR features a 2.5inch TFT LCD screen and a dedicated menu control system. It features a 8.13 mega pixels CCD Sensor has a GR 5.9mm f/2.4 lens which gives an equivalent angle-of-view of 28mm on a 35mm camera.. There is no zoom lens but the length can be extended via an optional 0.75x wide angle converter and adapter. Five different auto focus modes can be found including, multi-AF, spot AF, MF, snap and infinity focus. It includes support for Jpeg and RAW recording and is SD memory card compatible.
