Only a 1000 of these exclusive Pentax K-7 Limited Edition models were made and will be released in Japan on the 13th March at the eqilvalent of US$1,420. It has a new silver color, a reinforced LCD screen and new firmware and image processing software compared to it’s regular Pentax K7. Both models have the same 14.6-megapixel and 720-p-shooting camera.

If the Limited Edition features didn’t excit you, you can choose to purchase the regular Pentax K-7 model which was launched last summer and is currently available for $1000 on Amazon.

Maybe next time someone should whisper into Pentax’s ear and let them know that it would be alot more exciting if their Limited Edition camera had a striking color about it for us to get hooked on !
