Microvision has announced that its laser pico projector is now out and will be carried by Vodafone Spain. Retailing for about $436, it will marketed alongside the Nokia N97 mini which should be another great option for people who want to share photos and videos via their mobile handset. Being a laser projector, this should be better than traditional pico projectors since it always focuses on the image regardless of the distance. The Microvision SHOWWX can highlight pictures up to 150 inches with a 840×480 resolution although it may already be grainy at that distance. It also has VGA and TV inputs which should make it a flexible mini projector to have when you need it.
