Sanyo has presented the new line-up of Xacti Dual Cameras, which consist of 5 units: two waterproof models - DMX-WH1 and DMX-CA9 - one compact HD - DMX-GC10 - and two Full HD 60p units - DMX-FH11 and DMX-HD2000. The first Xacti camera to become available to the public will be the DMX-HD2000, on the first week of February.

As the dual name suggests, the fresh Sanyo Xacti cameras can be used as a normal camera, and as a camcorder as well, making it a useful 2-in-1 solution.In terms of specifications, the Full HD 60p models feature a 8-megapixel sensor and have a new image processing engine which makes the battery last longer, and the recording sessions can go up to 135 minutes.

Other features include 16x Advanced Zoom technology by Sanyo, 8GB of internal memory, and support for a SDHC memory card of 32GB.
