Recently, THK Photo Products, Inc., announced its new TOKINA AT-X 16.5-135mm DX Wide-Range Lens. This new lens has been especially designed for digital SLR cameras with APS-C sensors to let the digital photographers an ultra wide-range of zoom lens with large angle of view.

TOKINA’s AT-X 16.5-135mm DX Wide-Range Lens is best suited for scenic and travel photography. It has been designed with high-precision mechanical zoom cam system to minimize playing and eliminate zoom creep.

The new TOKINA AT-X 16.5-135mm DX Wide-Range Lens weighs just 21.5 oz. It comes with multi-layer coating and star bayonet hood. Featuring an internal focusing system, this lens provides a minimum focusing distance of 19.7-inches. This lens will be available for Nikon cameras in June and for Canon cameras in July 2009.
