Brother International Corporation, or more commonly knows as Brother, a worldwide label printer leader, has launched an exciting new promotion at National Retail Federation’s 2008 BIG show. This will strengthen their committment towards the retail industry. The promotion involved the giving away of complete industrial label printer development kit that includes the Brother QL-1050 & QL-550 Label Printers, label media rolls, and a software development kit. All of these is priced at about $500.

All visitors that attended the show and received a postcard from Brother were able to join the said promotional campaign. As Brother has a long history of supplying label printing solutions for various retail accounts, they now wanted to give back to their retail customers by giving them all the tools they need - including the label printers.

In addition to the Brother QL line, Brother has showcased three other categories of printers – their Mprint mobile printers, P-touch Electronic Labeling Systems and laser printers– at NRF ’08 BIG Show.

The Brother MPrint line of wireless mobile printers are among the world’s smallest, ultra-portable printers, and feature Bluetooth, IrDA, USB and serial connectivity options for use in retail applications like mobile point of sale, shelf edge labeling and more.

P-touch electronic labeling systems print professional quality, glossy laminated labels that enhance the customer experience and customer loyalty in a retail environment, with time-savings features that help increase workers’ productivity.
