Nikon AF-S Nikkor 16-35mm f/4G ED VR



AFS_16_35_VR_l Nikon is pleased to announce world’s first ultra-wide angle zoom lens, the AF-S NIKKOR 16-35mm f/4G ED VR, for FX-format cameras such as D700. Build for regular use, the lens offers an affordable and practical proposition for all-purpose photography. Weather sealing and robust magnesium construction of the lens make it an ideal choice for adventurous enthusiast.

The AF-S NIKKOR 16-35mm f/4G ED VR is first of its kind to feature Vibration Reduction technology. To minimize distortion, the lens features two ED glass elements, anti-reflection Nano Crystal coat and three aspherical glass elements. For distinct and quite operation, it supports Silent Wave Motor and VR II system.

The lens, included with a soft pouch and a durable hood HB-23, will be available for sale in February 2010 at an RRP of £1,049.99.
