Since we have covered the Nikon Coolpix S8000 and S6000, then I suppose we should get the S4000 out of our system.

The S4000 is a 12 megapixel job with a 3-inch 460,000 clear color display. The display is a touchscreen, and features a Touch Shutter that allows the user to select the main subject of the photo simply by just tapping the screen. Like the other cameras in the S Series, it can shoot 720p video, but this one allows the user to start recording by tapping the screen.

You should be able to get the Nikon Coolpix S4000 for about $200 next month in a choice of plum, silver, red, pink, or black.
