Nikon L3 Review

Bytesector has done a reviw of the Nikon L3 and like the camera for its user friely interface and body. The camera is a pretty decent point and shoot camera and the movie mode is better than average. Howeevn the camera has very manual controls and the macro mode is just average.

The Nikon L3 is a 5 MP digital camera with a 2 inch LCD and has a 3xZoom-Nikon ED Lens which provides a 36-126mm (35mm equivalent) zoom range. This is definitely not for the serious photographers .The camera has the Nikon Exclusive Feature System which includes In-Camera Red-Eye Fix for red eye correction, Face-Priority AF; D-Lighting which adds light and details, Blur Warning and Best Shot Selector (BSS) automatically identifies and saves the sharpest shot from ten sequential shots. Scene Modes found on the L3 include arty/Indoor, Beach/Snow, Sunset, Dusk/Dawn, Night Landscape, Close Up, Museum, Fireworks Show, Copy, Back Light, and Panorama Assist. The L3 also has a movie mode and can record TV movies (640) at 30/15fps, and Small size movies 30/15 fps.
Finally the website concludes by saying
