Nikon to Launch New Entry Level DSLR?

Rumors have surfaced around the web claiming that Nikon is ready to launch a new entry level DSLR camera. The model number is supposed to be D5000. The camera should offer image quality similar to the D90. It will lack AF motor just like the D40 and the D60 and it will have more than three AF points. The price for the D5000 is said to be around $600. Like what you’ve heard so far? Well that’s about all we have for you on this D5000. Let’s see if Nikon will really launch it or not.
