Nikon has a released an update to the Camera Control Pro software, which will fix minor issues that some users might have encountered. It jumps from version 2.3.0 to the fresh v2.4.0.

What’s new on the Camera Control Pro v2.4.0?

- no more corrupted files when transferring an image of 14MB or larger
- say goodbye to Windows 200 support
- say hello to D3X support

Camera Control Pro v2.0.0-v2.3.0 must be installed before proceeding with this update. Camera Control Pro allows the user to remotely control a camera from a computer using either a wired connection or a wireless connection if using a Nikon Wireless Transmitter with the camera.
