Aiming to expand its range of the Creative Lighting system (CLS), Nikon Inc. recently unveiled the successor of SB-800 Speedlight with a wide zoom range and advanced flash technology. The SB-900 Speedlight offers updated creative lighting possibilities fastened with a bundle of optimal features. Apart from offering expansive zoom range coverage from 17 to 20mm, it also boasts of built-in three light patterns technique.
Now, photographers just have to select one of the light patterns from the three available options viz. Center-weighted, Standard or Even. The SB-900 Speedlight is an exclusive offering for Nikon Digital SLR Photographers. You can shoot under any weather conditions due to the easy adaptability of the SB-900 with Nikon's FX or DX-format cameras.

The list of other supportive features include advanced wireless lighting, user-uploadable firmware for future performances, simple interface and a larger LCD Screen for easy viewing in sunlight.
