Nikon D300 Digital SLR Camera ships at $1,799.95
Nikon recently introduced its most sophisticated DX-format digital SLR camera, the D300. With 12.3 efficient mega pixel D300 unite new technologies with superior features inherited from Nikon's newly publicized D3 professional digital SLR camera. This new digital SLR camera employs a new 51-point auto focus scheme with Nikon's 3D Focus Tracking function and two new Live View shooting modes that facilitates photographer to frame a picture by means of the camera's LCD monitor not only this the camera is able of shooting at a quick six frames per second and can also reach at eight frames per second while using the optional MB-D10 Multi-Power Battery Pack. This camera is packed with a Scene Recognition System which helps in identifying colors and light sample that help in determining type of picture being captured, before it is taken. The D300 digital SLR also features an Active D-Lighting mode that offers unusual real-time highlight with optimized image contrast. Furthermore, the D300 is designed in rugged magnesium alloy and its shutter system is tested up to 150,000 cycles. The camera also equipps a 3.0-inch LCD which is build up with tempered glass and camera’s rubber gaskets and seals protect from dust and moisture.
