Norcent DCS-1050 a 10-Megapixel Camera



Almost all major consumer electronics companies are gearing up for the upcoming CES next week. For high-quality home entertainment and digital products marketer Norcent it’s all about DCS-1050, a 10-megapixel digital camera with all-metal body. Part of its new 50 Series line of slim digital cameras, this elegantly-designed, feature-rich device is equipped with anti-shake capabilities and face detection feature to generate high quality images for all occasions.

Moreover, it has a scratch-resistant, 3” color LCD display so photo enthusiasts will have a good preview of the outcome. Settings are adjustable to different modes including daylight, tungsten, custom, fluorescent, and manual.

Standard features include red-eye reduction, slow-sync, forced-off modes, and always-on option. Additionally, it can record MPEG-4 video clips in 3 different resolutions – 640 x 480, 320 x 240, or 160 x 120.

Retail price is set at $180, complete with accessories such as camera bag, USB cable, software CD and AV cables for TV or computer connection.
