LightScribe Direct Disc Labeling introduces Photography Kit
Light Scribe Direct Disc Labeling introduced the Light Scribe Photography Kit, a CD and DVD labeling package targeting the professional photographers and photo enthusiasts. Light Scribe is a laser disc labeling technique set up in many popular brands of disc burners, laptops and PCs. It gives users the ability to easily burn silkscreen-quality photos, graphics, images and text directly onto Light Scribe CDs and DVDs.

Disc colors include gold CDs and DVDs as well as CDs in red, orange, yellow, blue and green. With this new kit, photographers can craft specialized custom designs that incorporate clients' photos with text so that the discs gives personalized touch and also serve as an advertising piece. With Light Scribe, photo archive discs can be labeled with a telltale photo from the collection as well as client information so that they can be found easily with a quick visual reference. As we are not sure about its pricing we need to wait for its release in the markets.
According to professional photographer and exclusive stock photo contributor Bobbie Osborne, "As a stock photographer that works with models on a regular basis, Light Scribe is invaluable. After burning images to CD for my clients' portfolios, I can add a reference picture from the shoot, my contact information and a note of 'permission to reprint' in case they get questioned about printing copyrighted images. It's professional and sexy. My clients and I both love it."
