Olympus Pen Firmware Update v1.1
Olympus is pleased to announce the release of a firmware update for its first Micro Four Thirds camera, the Olympus Pen and two of the M.Zuiko Digital lenses. The updates has been specially designed for better focusing performance of the camera.
With the firmware update, the continuous AF (C-AF) operation of the camera can be improved. Both lenses, the M.Zuiko Digital ED 14-42mm 1:3.5-5.6 and the M.Zuiko Digital 17mm 1:2.8, will also enhanced autofocus performance with the help of the update.
It is very easy to download as well as install the firmware update. Just open Olympus Master software and choose the Update Camera function from the online service menu. Connect the camera via USB to the computer and the update will commence immediately. It is recommended that you update the camera and lenses at the same time.
