Olympus Stylus Tough 6010 shipping with virus?



Olympus has just released a press statement letting us in on a bit of alarming news. If you’re the owner of one of their Stylus Tough 6010 digital cameras, pay close attention.

Apparently, a specific batch of these cameras have shipped with a computer virus with infected units identifiable by serial numbers. Olympus has put up a page for virus removal so you need not be too alarmed and they have assured us that it’s only effected a small number of Japanese market-only cameras.
