Olympus has always been known as a reliable camera in taking great photos. In fact, it is one of the reliable gadgets that brought digital cameras the niche where they are today. Olympus for its part is still going strong and among their conventional consumer cameras include that of the Olympus X-880, a great slim camera for the average person.

The X-880 sports straightforward styling in its compact form, but a closer look reveals some neat details, like a hatch for USB, instead of a flappy rubber cover. The menu and screen brightness have a cool scalloped effect, although the back has a slightly cluttered feel, with several different styles of button on one model.
