Minox Germany today announced their new DC 1022 digital camera, however they didn't bother to give out detailed specs! The Minox DC 1022 Digital camera has been equipped with a 10.1 megapixel CCD image sensor and a MINOCTAR 6x optical zoom lens.

The digicam measures 93 x 57 x 25.5 mm and is housed in a sleek brushed metal casing. Weighing in at only 150 grams, the DC 1022 is actually a follow-up model to MINOX DC 8122 and one of the smallest and lightest cameras in the 10 megapixel market today.

The camera also features a 2.8 inch TFT LCD and some other key features include. SD card slot for cards of up to 2 GB, internal memory of 32 MB, microphone and built-in speaker, portrait, sports, fireworks, animal photography or night-time modes and aperture and shutter-priority modes. The Minox DC 1022 comes bundled with a case, wrist strap, USB and video cable as well as a CD-ROM with software and a user manual. No word on pricing or availability.
