Red displayed its new 3K Scarlet Hand-held camcorder at the NAB Conference, 2008 held at Las Vegas. The camcorder integrates 8X T2.8 red zoom lens with newly developed 2/3" MYSTERIUM X sensor to deliver stunning high resolution output. It records up to 120 fps HD video directly to a dual compact flash drive at up to 100 MB per second. Other specifications include 4.8"-inch LCD, full auto or full manual shooting modes, HDMI and HD-SDI input, Wi-Fi control, Firewire 800 and USB2 interface.
