The 7006 Thermal Printer from TallyGenicom has been optimized to serve mid-range and desktop applications. The hybrid printer comes in 2-inch and 4-inch width models. The device offers 4-6 ips speed at 203 dpi resolution and 2-6 ips at 300 dpi resolution. Following the 7008 thermal printer series, the device includes both thermal and direct transfer technologies.

The printer increases flexibility through support for ZPL, EPL, CPL and PCL5 (laser emulation). The 7006 model integrates an all-metal, reliable print mechanism with a Die-cast metal user interface to survive harsh, heavy-duty environments. The printer communicates with external devices through internal Ethernet, Serial/Parallel and USB ports. The TallyGenicom 7006 Thermal printer is available for the initial price of $875 only.
