Canon has decided to withdraw the PowerShot A470 and replace it with a new point-and-shoot camera, the A480. The A470 survived only for a year but the A480 will surely do the job for you. It’s 25% smaller and it will feature a 10 megapixel sensor, 3.3x optical zoom, a 2.5 inch LCD screen
and a DIGIC III processor. The A480 comes in four colors, red, blue, black and silver and it will cost around $188 in February when it comes out.
