Recently, Panasonic launched its new LUMIX DMC-FX48 Digital Camera to expand its popular LUMIX FX camera series. This 12.1 mega pixel digital camera comes fitted with a 25mm ultra-wide angle LEICA DC lens along with a powerful 5x optical zoom and 3x digital zoom. Sporting a slim and smart look, this camera can easily be carried in pocket.
The new Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FX48 Digital Camera features Face Recognition and Advanced iA mode that recognizes individual faces and makes the camera work as a personal verification system. MEGA O.I.S, Auto Focus Tracking and Intelligent Exposure are other interesting features of this new Panasonic camera.
Panasonic’s LUMIX DMC-FX48 Digital Camera comes with a bright 2.5-inch LCD screen that provides a wide viewing angle. Its new Panorama Assist scene mode lets the user to shoot a number of consistent photos. Incorporating High Speed Burst, this camera fires off approximately 10 shots per second. It is priced at $349.95 and is expected to be available in the market from April 2009 onwards in silver and black models.
