Panasonic, one of the global leaders in producing electronic and digital products, has recently unveiled its new LUMIX DMC-TS1 Digital Camera. Claimed to be the world’s first waterproof, dustproof and shockproof digital camera, LUMIX DMC-TS1 comes packed with all the advanced features and functionalities.

The new Panasonic LUMIX DMC-TS1 Digital Camera is capable of delivering a 12.1 mega pixel resolution. It comes fitted with a 28mm wide-angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens and a 4.6x optical zoom. This easy-to-use camera also features AVCHD Lite High Definition HD video recording capabilities.

Panasonic’s LUMIX DMC-TS1 Digital Camera lets you take photographs and record movies in iA mode. Featuring Optical Image Stabilization, this new digital camera sports a 2.7-inch 230,000-dot Intelligent LCD screen. Its Face Recognition feature remembers faces from the previous shots. This camera also lets you insert SD Memory cards for a superb storage. It is priced at $399.95 and is expected to be available in silver, green or orange colors from April 2009 onwards.
