Panasonic recently expanded its award-winning TZ series by introducing a new camera, the Lumix DMC-TZ10. This new member is a photo/movie hybrid compact camera that features intelligent resolution technology, 16x intelligent zoom and built-in GPS. The GPS function makes the DMC-TZ10 an ideal travel companion for all!

The Lumix DMC-TZ10 is a lightweight camera that has a 14.5-megapixel CCD. It can shoot with up to 12.1-megapixel resolution. Other key features of the camera include AVCHD Lite HD movie recording capability, 12x optical zoom, 3.0-inch Super High Resolution 460,000-dot Intelligent LCD, a high-quality LEICA DC VARIO ELMAR 25mm ultra wide angle and full manual control.

To enhance the possibility of digital imaging, the DMC-TZ10 supports Intelligent Resolution technology, face recognition function and an advanced image stabilization system POWER O.I.S. The camera will be available from mid March 2010 in a choice of silver, black, red and blue.
