Panasonic S26 Camcorder Review–Another Great One From Panasonic
I’m having a tough time remembering the last time I didn’t have a good experience with a Panasonic camcorder. Trust me on this, I’m extremely hard pressed–it might well have happened but I sure don’t remember it. Thus I’m glad to bring you the skinny on the Panasonic S26, another solid model from Panasonic.
The Panasonic S26 camcorder features a 70x optical zoom, optical image stabilization, pure color engine, soft skin mode to soften the focus on skin tones, intelligent auto focus, face detection systems, shake detection systems to help activate the optical image stabilization, intelligent scene selector systems, one touch navigation and joystick control, a pre-record feature, color night view, a ten minute countdown feature to keep videos under the YouTube time limit and a suite of editing software applications.
There’s plenty to like in the Panasonic S26, and plenty of great features–but the performance of this camcorder is where it really shines. I got small print at over a hundred feet away with this camcorder, and the controls are easy to learn and use.
And when you consider the Panasonic S26 retails for two hundred seventy dollars, it’s a great camera at a good price, so very much worth considering.
