The Matsushita Electric Co., unveiled their up-to the-minute network camera, Panasonic DG-NP304. The network camera integrates special 2x Bali Focal lens with 1.3 Mega-Pixel CCD image sensor for superior performance. The IP camera captures MPEG-4 video at 640×480 VGA format and JPEG stills at 1280×960 resolution.

The DG-NP304 employs advanced colour filter for improved colour reproduction. Its signal processing technology works with the LSI circuit for better operation. The camera offers dark space revision and simple black change function for brilliant, crystal clear captures.

Using Symphonic IP Network Architecture it enhances system security gains compatibility with IPv6 and other advanced protocols. Other features include support for SD memory cards up to 2GB and FTP periodic transmission.

The Panasonic DG-NP304 IP camera will hit the Japanese market by 20th of May for an estimated price of 157,500 Yen. However, the company will present DG-NP304 along with other models at the SECURITY SHOW 2008 from 4th of March in Tokyo city.
