Panasonic proudly introduced its newest Lumix digital camera, the DMC-LS80, the perfect amalgamation of style and technology. The compact camera incorporates the newly developed Lumix DC VARIO lens system with 3x optical zoom to capture unbelievable shots. The 8.1 Mega-pixel camera includes the innovative Intelligent mode which combines Mega O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilizer), Intelligent ISO Control and AUTO Macro mode to fight motion blur for superior image quality.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS80 owns a Quick AF system which dramatically minimizes the AF time by permitting the camera to start focusing on the subject even before touching the shutter button. Other features include Intelligent LCD with 230,000-dpi resolution which controls brightness level, Easy Zoom functionality, High Sensitivity mode ISO 6400, Venus Engine III, 24 MB storage, SDHC memory card support.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS80 will be available later in the year in silver, black and pink shades.
