Pentax Optio M85 Point-and-Shoot Camera

The M85 is also a new Optio point-and-shoot camera coming from Pentax. The camera will be available for 179 Euros in Europe and you should look for it in stores in October. The M85 is a little more expensive than the E85, so let’s see why!

The M85 comes with a 12-megapixel sensor, a 3x zoom lens, an ISO sensitivity of 80 to 3200, but here’s where the similarities with the E85 stop. The M85 is capable of better video recording capabilities as it offers HD video recording at 1,280 x 720 pixels at 15fps, voice recording and a larger 3-inch LCD screen. So what camera will you pick? The M85 or the E85?
