PENTAX X70
Pentax has announced the PENTAX X70 Megazoom digital camera featuring a high magnification 24X optical zoom lens that has a zoom range of 26mm on the wide-angle end and super-telephoto coverage all housed in a highly portable, compact, lightweight body.
The X70 also offers up a high-speed mode that captures 11 images per second; face detection and exposure optimization for up to 32 faces per shot; manual aperture, shutter, and metering modes; ISO equivalency settings up to 6400; a 720p HD movie mode; and a 2.7-inch LCD backed up with an electronic viewfinder With 12 megapixels, SLR-like styling and flexible exposure modes, the PENTAX X70 is a true bridge between compact digital cameras and digital SLRs. The PENTAX X70 will ship in April 2009 for $399.95 USD
