Pentax Japan unveiled their new medium format digital camera which would be also displayed at the PMA next week. The 31.6 megapixel Pentax 645 Digital medium format camera can be paired with 5 new lenses from the company and users will also appreciate its dedicated automatic flash.

The Pentax 645 has been equipped with a 31.6- megapixel Kodak CCD sensor and includes support for both CF and SD Memory cards. It will be compatible with smc Pentax 645 interchangeable lenses and Pentax will also launch the e smc Pentax-D FA645 55mm f/2.8 lens exclusively for the 645.
