Adobe released an update for Photoshop CS4. The new Version 11.0.1 addresses a number of problems discovered after Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Photoshop CS4 Extended (11.0) software were released. The most substantial fixes in the Photoshop CS4 11.0.1 update include a number of issues that could have caused slow performance. A problem that could have resulted in a crash when pasting formatted text has been repaired. and a crash that could result from a corrupt font no longer happens.

Some addidtional fixes include: Photoshop now correctly recognizes 3D textures edited by a plug-in, the pen barrel rotation with Wacom tablets now works correctly and the quality of the outcomes of Auto-Blend Layers has been much improved.
