The useful console – PlayStation3 – will soon receive a firmware update (version 2.60) which is suppose to be release tomorrow. Among the new additions of the upgrade comes a new Photo Gallery Application, that provides new tools and new ways to organize images.
What new features are provided by the Photo Gallery Application?

- sort photos by color
- or by the camera used
- or by the number of people on the photo
- or the facial expression
- or even their age

Lastly, the usual way to check photos is by using the scrolling timeline. If you have a PlayStation 3 and some photos laying around, just wait for the firmware update to become available and test it out.
