Possible 3D Alpha DSLR coming from Sony

Today is the day that James Cameron’s 3D science fiction film Avatar hits the big screen, and people are already saying how much this film will change the 3D world. It would appear that Sony is jumping on this 3D bandwagon as they are planning to create consumer-friendly 3D cameras.

In fact, the 3D Alpha DSLRs that Sony wants to offer is similar to the HDC-F950 3D camera used to shoot Avatar. This camera used a single port and two lenses, which should be similar to the HFC Comfort-3D camera that Sony will hopefully build, maybe someday.
