Here’s one more compact digital camera for you from Praktica. This time around is the 12-Z5 model. The new point-and-shoot comes equipped with a 12-megapixel CCD sensor, 5x optical and 5x digital zoom, a 2.7-inch TFT LCD monitor, 32MB built-in memory upgradeable via SDHC flash memory, face tracking, digital anti-shake, blink detection and intelligent scene.

The camera looks perfect for those family reunions which are about to take place all through the holidays. A point and shoot is what you need to take all the quick pictures you require. Naturally the 12-Z5 doesn’t have any pricing details yet but they should be out at some point in the near future.
