Just because most of North America has been chumming along nicely with their wide array of digital camera options, that doesn’t mean the rest of the world is missing out.

In fact, one German company by the name of Praktica has come forth today to show off their PRAKTICA DCZ 14.1 digital camera. This 14 megapixel camera will featurea  3x optical lens, a 2.7-inch TFT display, 32MB of iternal storage, a 1/2.3 CCD, smile detection, blink detection, anti-shake technology and an intelligent scene mode.

No word on when, if ever, we’ll be seeing the PRAKTIKA DCZ 14.1 hit North American shores but we’ll keep you posted.3
