Prepeat Inkless Printers Are KINDA Expensive



Everyone knows how much printer ink use has become a bane for the people who need lots of documents to be printed. But with the Prepeat Inkless Printer, some sort of solution may yet be on the horizon. “Some sort” in the sense that these printers don’t come cheap. Unless you are willing to spend about $5,517 on the printer itself and $3,300 for the special paper, this could have some limitations.

For the record, the Prepeat printer doesn’t make use of any toner or ink cartridge. Instead, it makes use of a special thermal head and plastic sheets to print and ERASE documents that should point you to some savings and eco-friendly initiatives. Check out the video demo below.
